We ship to USA & Military APO & FPO only ... We do not ship International.

Online Ordering

We do not accept checks or money orders through the mail. Once your order has been submitted, you will be notified immediately that your order has been received and will be processed and shipped, usually within 48 to 72 hours.

Please Note: We offer secure SSL through Verisign and we also have AVS (Address Verification Security). When completing the form, it will ask for the credit card billing address, this is the address that you provided to the credit card company to send you your billing statements. (Your address as written on your billing statement where you receive your mail)

Damage Claims

Please inspect packages upon arrival. You must report any damages or missing boxes to the postal service and to Spring Mountain Naturals within 3 days of receiving your order. If you notice damage upon acceptance, report it to the postal service responsible for the delivery. If you notice any damage after you unpack the order, save all packaging material, contact the postal service that delivered the package, and they may send an inspector and contact us so we may process your claim. We can not replace damaged merchandise unless the package has been inspected by the postal service.

We are here to offer you friendly, helpful and efficient service. All orders are double checked before shipping. However, if you find discrepancies in your order, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. No reports will be accepted after this time.

Shipping Info

Orders are usually processed within 48 to 72 hours and shipped by UPS Ground or USPS Priority. Delivery is usually within 2 to 10 business days for UPS and 3 to 4 days for USPS.

Shipping fees are charged separately for each delivery address. The shipping fees cover shipping, delivery confirmation and insurance.
